We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solution Archirect with a focus on end-to-end architecture, delivery and building and maintaining customer relationship with Symphonize. As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision for a Solution Train to help ensure the solution under development will be fit for its intended purpose.You will play a crucial role in maintaining ,building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring successful delivery ,stipulated time frame, estimated budget with innovative architecture patterns that align with our company's objectives. Your responsibilities include taking accountability of architecture design, creating a strategy for development, and communicating between your team and the company for whom you work.

Relationship Building and Engagement:

Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients through effective communication, follow-ups, and interactions. Understand companies' aspirations, goals, and preferences to provide tailored recommendations for suitable requirements. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as management, program managers,business analysts, developers,testers etc for effective project management and delivery.

Solution Architect (Remote US-based)

The Solution Architect is responsible for the design of the application and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements. The Solutions Architect works as a team member often working closely with Sales, the Consultants, and the Engagement Manager, to deliver the complete solution for the customer.

A week in the life of a Solution Architect:

You will work directly with sales leadership and the consulting team to drive revenue opportunities for our Software and Services group.
You will participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the engagement manager.
You will produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements.
You will produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.
You will provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document.
You will participate in training design, documentation, and delivery efforts in concert with the Engagement Manager.
You will also participate in, and lead when needed, the project meetings with the customer.
You will lead and participate in the UAT efforts as necessary.
You will work closely with development with module-specific design and help document artifacts based on an overall design.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

To succeed at this job, you must have experience with enterprise architecture design; experience designing solutions for integrating with back-office software (Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle for example); experience with enterprise integration tools; hands-on expertise in some of the following technologies: C++, Java/J2EE (including SOAP, RESTful, .NET, JSON, XML), common frameworks (Struts, Spring, Hibernate, etc.), and database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, JDBC, SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures).
It would be preferred if you have strong presentation and communication skills, willingness to travel to client locations (up to 25%) post covid; demonstrate good judgment and a pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints, and technological realities; the ability to understand the business requirements and convert them into solution designs.
We would like someone to join our team who is knowledgeable in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints; familiar with (and participated in) Agile project methodology and practices.
You must have a B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent with at least 15 years of industry experience
We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in professional services, sales, or customer support operations; proven solutions consulting experience preferred.
